Any good music tips?

Just wondering if anyone has any good tips on "neo-classic" hardrock bands along the lines of such bands as Rhapsody, Nightwish, Symphony X, and Stratovarius?

Since todays music scene pretty much sucks Im sorta running out of music to listen to, and I think my old Maiden and Helloween CD's are getting worn out from being played over and over 🙂

Nope, I like most sorts of 70's and 80's style pop music enough to listen to, but the only music I like enough to spend $20 on a CD is hardrock, preferably 80's style or the above mentioned neo classic stuff, hard rock combined with classic stuff such as orchestras and such.

Lots punk fans here...

Arent computer people supposed to listen to prodigy and such? 🙂

Anyway, I still wont pay $20 for anything cept for good ole hardrock.
There used to be so many good bands that were worth buying, mos of them have quit or jumped into the mainstream river these days though, my by far biggest disapointments are Helloween and Metallica, both excellent bands once, now they've lost all that good they had back in the 80's.

Just to give a hint about what Im looking for, the contents of my mp3 dir at work includes(but is not limited to)Iron Maiden, Nirvana, Megadeth, Motorhead, Nightwish, Bon Jovi, Alice Cooper and Hammerfall.
