Any good music organizers yet?

I recall seeing a few threads on music/mp3 organizers/sorters a long time ago, but just wondering in the past couple months or so does anyone have a program that they find works very well and is accurate?

Tag and Rename - The new beta is finally able to scan my nearly 3700 mp3's ID3 tags into memory at once. Can create playlists, export file listings, rename tags, etc... Costs a small amount of money, but it is very much worth it.

MP3 Collector - Used to use this instead of T&R, just didn't like its exporting ability much. Haven't really tried the newer versions.

for listing purposes i use Postgresql, apache, and PHP .... takes a while to set up .... but its nice to learn new things
