Any good job search sites? Monster sucks

Been using monster but I'm not very happy with the results it returns. Are there any better sites? Tried computerjobs.com but pickigns there are pretty slim as well. There are a lot of jobs out there, they must be listed somewhere, right?
 
My use of CareerBuilder has resulted in contact with several job prospects, including being flown to the east coast last week for an interview.

I have gotten three interviews from my school career center. On the general job sites, I have gotten one callback and deciding on whether to interview with them or not. I think it was from monster. I also use texasjobs.com (that doesn't help you though!) The local newspaper sucks. Have you tried dice.com?

Most jobs ( I think like 85%) are not advertised outside the company on average. So no, you're not going to see all jobs available in the economy. That is why networking is probably your single best source.
