Any good ISP's in cali 90275 (palos verdes) area?

I have had cox@home and mindspring/earthlink/sprint "what ever you call it" dsl with gte. and they both suck. mindspring is worse. does anyone recomend a good isp? and dont send me to dslresports.com they suck.
