Sorry I can`t help you since I`m based in UK ,but I go on Neos server alot and get pretty good pings considering the distance and don`t have any disconnect problems with my 56k dial-up,btw I`ve heard from other CS players based in USA that AOL is bad on Neos server, mind you AOL is bad period ;).

I use earthlink but I don't do online gaming. But I never get disconnected or get a busy signal and they have local phone numbers across the country, which is important for me because I travel a lot on business.

right now i'm using people pc online

it's 10 bucks a month (with one month free), don't need to use their software (you can call them up for signup and have them create an account for you, then tell them you want to use dialup networking instead of their software). quite fast (50k most of the time), and have been quite reliable so far (i just dumped aohell about a month ago) -- got around 200pings for UT, which is quite good considering 300+ with aohell

one thing happened to me when i dumped aohell, i couldn't use other isps. so i had to reformat my whole compie and finally this dialup works. after that it's been a good exp so far.

if you're looking for others, you can check out isp directory at freedomlist and see what you can find there.

also if you don't know how to setup dialup networking (i assume you know), you can call their tech support (i mean ppc techies) and ask them to step you through (they're open 24 hours)

and btw, whatever the csr said when you're dumping aohell, just tell them to disconnect your acct right away. otherwise they will "keep your account active in case you want to come back" and may charge you again if you don't call them up to confirm disconnecting your acct.

have fun :)

Yeah, i'm in the same situation. I live in a household where the received data light is constantly on, and i can't find any ISP's around where i am that offer unlimited time, unlimited downloads and unlimited connections (no disconnection after so many hours.. ). Such a pain
Cable or DSL are the go, the best i can get is Satelite (which sucks cuz i doesn't improve gaming pings) and even then that's not offered because i am surrounded with trees. :(
