Any good hiking on Cape Cod?

Hi all. Can you suggest a relatively long (5+ mi) hike near the shoreline on the cape. Degree of difficulty:

-need some good elevation gain (well, for the cape anyway).
-Ideally at some point he trail will offer great views of the ocean/surf.
-Willing to drive as far north as Truro (or P-town if exceptional trail).
-Good half day hike of 3-4 hours with breaks on the trail.

Looking to get a great hike with some real hiking to get that 'post card feel' of the cape. Thoughts?

im a big fan of the cedar swamp near the national seashore, but thats more of a casual walk than a hike.
