Any good HD partition & cloning software?

Please recommend one. I need one that can boot from CD and let me delete, creat resize and make image of partition or entire hard disk. So far I've been using Partition Magice for partitioning but the software is old. Norton didn't put out any version since v8. I've used Ghost, Apricorn EZ Gig for cloning and imaging. Any other good choices out there?

Thanks.

I've used the live CD version of Gparted for partitioning and the DriveImage XML utility on the Ultimate Boot CD for Windows for drive cloning. Both work quite well.

Acronis has an excellent boot CD that contains the entire program, along with a few recovery tools. It can access backups from local/usb/network drives.

Paragon offers complete partition-management apps, some versions even include backup/restore and defrag functions also.

Also, look at Acronis Disk Director and Terabyte BootIt NG.

Hope this helps!

Acronis TrueImage 11 for cloning, and Disk Director for partition work.
