Any good GPS devices that can export to MapPoint 2004 format?

Im looking for a handheld gps unit that can create a "tracklog" at least every 20ft or so, then import the tracklog to mappoint 2004 to see where I was, where I went, ect... Im looking at http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=IWAY100M&cpc=SCH&srm=0 but will go anywhere under $300. It will be used in the car and for walks, and what I have been doing is using a laptop, but I need something smaller.

Do you know what language/s mappoint 2004 can accept? If it can use NMEA 0183 you can find a Garmin GPS 72 for around $150.

NMEA doesn't transfer tracklogs, only current location data.

I'll have to check. I have been asking a few stores this question, but all I get is "check with the mfg".

But programs can create track logs with NMEA;)

Most GPS units that can transfer tracks use proprietary software, so there might not be a choice.

Im thinking that a dell axim and a gps addon (maybe a setup from the fs forum if anyone has one) would be better. I would guess that it wouldnt be as durable as a handheld gps unit, but can do a tracklog (pocket streets and trips?), have better maps, and do more things.
