Any good free webcam streaming software?

Does anyone know of any good free webcam software for streaming video? I have to monitor some equipment at work and have been using WebcamXP version .92 (old version) and was getting ready to look for something better/newer. WebcamXP has stopped streaming the video for some reason. I can remotely log into that pc and bring up WebcamXP and see the video that way, but can't log in via IP address any longer.
 
Thanks for the link. I know I can do a google search, but more what I was looking for was suggestions on software that people have actually used and that works good.
 
Alos, what I'm looking for is something that will let you view your webcam directly via ip address, instead of having to go through a central server.
