Any good forums related to electrical engineering?

I've gotten some good help from ATOT about some questions I've had on a project I'm working on. However I think I'd do better at a forum for electrical engineers. Is there any such forum which is actually posted on (I did a quick search and could find some that were last posted on in 2002) and that allow questions about devices (so many are focused on job searching only).
