Any Good deals on a cheap video card?

I just brought another monitor. i have 2 now and i would like a dual monitor. i heard all i need is another cheap video card, nothing expensive.. Looking for a matrox millennium atleast 8mbs.
anyone know where i can get it cheap like $30 or under. my friend got it on egay for twenty something dollars but recently, i haven't seen such good deals.

well, i think newegg has the radeon dual monitor version for $100. that is a quality chip and a quality video card from a good vendor. i recommend you do that instead of getting something off of fleabay.

it even has a TV out and 32 MB of DDR ram. Radeon's all have built-in DVD decoder support too. kick ass!
