This is for work so it doesn't have to be free. 
We're using (don't laugh) VB6. I used ChartFX with VB like 4-5 years ago at another job and have a free trial available which I think I will try (they say they still support COM so I guess VB6 is good to go), but I'm open to other suggestions.
