Any good bench progs for LINUX???

So,

I just installed a Mandrake 9.1distro, and set it up as a firewall/DHCP/NAT/Proxy server to our office. First time I ever did this... anyways, are there any good benchmarking programs for Linux (like Sandra and the like for Win), I want to test networking, HDDs etc...

For hard drives, bonnie++ or hdparm. For network, anything. Transfer some big stuff via http or ftp (i.e. not slow protocols like ssh or smb) to see your transfer rates, ping to see your latency, ping flood to stress test, etc..
