Any .GIF animators in here?

I need a .gif animated. Its a .gif of the theater happy/sad face (i have it).

Can anybody animiate it so that it spins counter clock-wise, its going in a power point presentation about bipolar.

Just download a gif animator and do it yourself.

On a serious note, can't you make that animation in PowerPoint? An animated GIF of good enough quality would be a big file. Can't you have PP rotate images?

I could be wrong...

unless you have all the transitional images, making something rotate isn't as easy as you think.

He would have to find a program that let you rotate images manually, save a bunch in a sequence, and then use a gif animation program to.. animate them.
