Alright, maybe someone can clear things up for me thats from the State (specifically Fulton county)

I moved up a year ago from FL and got my car taken care of but have just had my motorcycle sitting in my garage and it's not not current and has never been registered in the state.

What do I need to do to get this done?

I know I need insurance in this state which isn't an issue.

But do I need to do emmisions on it?

What paper work do I need to bring with me to the tag place?

I guess I really don't know what I need and don't want to be missing a bunch of things and have to go back and forth between the tag place and my home.

Paperwork
You'll need the following paperwork to apply for a motorcycle registration and title:

* A completed Tag/Title Application.

* Valid title, manufacturer's certificate of origin, or registration papers showing you own the motorcycle.

* Proof of insurance. Liability insurance is required in the state of Georgia.

* Proof of Georgia residency (utility bill, pay stub with address, letterhead signed by your employer).

* A Certificate of Inspection completed by any law enforcement officer or tag agent.

* Appropriate fees and taxes?these vary by county (see below).

Emissions tests are not required for motorcycles.
