any freeware image and flash blocker for IE?

I used to use adshield and it has since become nonfreeware. i need a program for IE that has a list of images, flash ads, etc. also, it needs to kill pop up ads also. thanks!

Oh good thing Firefox works with IE...

Kerio PFW had some stuff built into it to block images n stuff, might want to check that out.
