I'm using Morningstar.

unfortunately, their portfolio tracking SUCKS. if i sell all of the same fund (ie: vfinx) for either a profit or less, the "Gain/Loss Since Purch" column gets set to $0.

WTF?!?! this total screws up my running totals. i want to see how much i make buying and selling over the years.

Is there a better portfolio tracker? LINK?

THX!

Yahoo.
Google.
MSN.
BusinessWire.
Zacks.
and of course, Virtual Stock Exchange.

Those sites have portfolio trackers. I don't use portfolio trackers so I can't vouch for them.
I don't use portfolio trackers, so I haven't tested them to see which works or not.
