Does anyone know of a free software bandwidth limiter? I would like to limit my dls so that my roommates still have some bandwidth to play around with. If this is a repost, can you please link to the orginal thread. Thanks
 
Bump for you since I, too am curious... with me, however, I want to limit my sis's computer so I can still play online while she downloads her stupid music.

i use just regular http to d/l or i know the ports i can limit...

I think some file-serving mIRC scripts has bandwidth limiter feature (so you can serve ppl with decent speed while you're downloading too)... I forgot what it is, maybe Invision or SysReset... not sure
