Any free programs to show RAM's IC manufacturer?

I have an older version of Sandra (like 2004) - does sandra indeed show this?

I know the ballistix for my new rig have the D9's, don't know about a couple of corsair modules I have (and am considering selling).

I thought CPU-Z did this? It will show the speed/timings of RAM in each slot and also if the memory is Infineon, Micron, etc.

I have Sandra Lite 2007.2.11.7. I can see my memory settings (including the manufacturer, date of manufacter, etc...) using the mainboard icon,
