Any free PGP proggies?

Like the title says, other than the $99 full version? I was looking at the GNUpgp app, but if I remember it only supports up to version 7...that seems odd.

Any ideas? Im looking for an email/file transfer solution.

I use gpg (granted, not heavily) and I've never run into any problems. Could be that everyone I communicate with probably also uses gpg.
