Any free PDF editing software?

I primarily use libreoffice draw. It works for my minimal uses. IMO, if you're editing pdfs, you're doing it wrong. That's like getting a bound book, and expecting to seamlessly change the contents. That's not what pdf's for. That should be done using the source files. Sometimes it can't be helped, but I edit pdfs as a last resort.
