any free isp's that will work with my sega dreamcast?

I hope this is not off topic. Does anyone know of any free isp's that work with the sega dreamcast? I had heard that there was a way to get netzero to work, but I don't want to sign up unless I know it will work for sure. Thanks in advance for any help you guys might be able to offer.

Dang.. I will answer the question..

You can use software and find out your JUNO pw.. etc RASSPY, i think is the name of it.. do a search for it on the internet..
that way.. no banners.. etc.. ( i think the file is on some website in the netherlands)

Juno is free anyway..just tied down to their cruddy software w/o this rasspy thingie
