any free dialup services?

a few years ago i sorta remember at&t offering 5.99 a month for dialup... not sure if they still have it anymore though

 
Try Freedomlist.com, especially the forum section, to read about cheap ISP's.

There are still some freebies, and several "unlimited" dial-up services under $5/month.

I use Pittsburg Connect for a backup ISP (has a one-time $10 charge).
