Any free cda to mp3 converting programs?

just got an mp3 player (Philips RUSH 128mb), and it only lets me d/l mp3 files onto it. the thing is, all my files on are on my CD's which are .cda files. does musicmatch 7.1 allow me to convert cda to mp3's? if so, how? I cant find it 🙁

I have downloaded several programs that convert cda to mp3, but they are all trial versions so they only let me convert tracks 1 through 5.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

EAC + LAME. Or iTunes. CD to MP3 don't cost money. If you're paying, you're either _ or you like getting ripped off.

Also, you're not converting the "cda" files to mp3. I think cda is just a shortcut to the audio track. The cd rippers will get the .wav file off the cd, and then convert to mp3.
