Any Floppy + power backplane adapters ?

Hi everyone , I just wanted to know if anyone makes an backplane plate that will let you plug you floppy & power into it so that you plug a regular floppy drive in it when you need it ?

Can you flash your system bios w/ the usb version ? How about when loading and OS and needing to load a driver ?
