Any fishermen(women) here?

I'm quite fond of the pink snapper 😀

Although I like the small ones better 🙂

is my one a reasonable size?

biggest fish i've ever caught 😉

tho my old man caught a pretty big sailfish in the Seychelles when i was a little tacker.

Don't get too many sailfish around here though.

It' always nice when we caught one of those, and I almost always sold a mount when we did too.

only fish we have locally are trout and salmon.. i have caught some pretty big salmon before but that marlin is HUGE... also fish lobster but they only go into traps.. not an exciting fight 🙂

I was gonna say something about the 48lb cat I caught and the 7 1/4 lb. bass........but after seeing your pics.........it just doesn't seem like a big deal. LOL!

What do you do with an 800lb marlin? Can you eat it?

Smoked blue marlin is great although it's illegal for commercial sale so you can't buy it.

Each one of the bigger ones I posted pics of were sent to the fish cleaning stand for $.35 a pound.

EDIT: its a pink snapper 😉
and that pink snapper is hairless 😉

And that's how it should be, too.

I have a funny feeling this particular one smells a little like fish.😉
