I've looked through the forum and found that some people have had bad experiences with previous versions of this board, but I was wondering if anyone was using this particular model. Here is the link:

I am building a budget 939 system for a friend, and this board is one of the cheapest. I am not too concerned about overclocking performance, but I would like to be able to overclock it slightly.

I have had the K8NS-939 Ultra for 1 month now, and just about returned it due to Dual Channel memory issues...Was very unstable @ stock on dimms 1&2, now @ BIOS F5 and using dimms 3&4. Not rock solid seems okay, havent bothered memtesting or prime95, however hasnt fallen over yet gaming hard out.
