Any firewalls for Windows 7 like Kerio was?

I really miss the ability to get popup notifications of programs accessing the internet, and being able to specify protocol/ports/port ranges/ip's/ip ranges, and the preferences are accessed from the initial popup.

Is there a current firewall product like this that treats it's users like they might know what they're doing and and allow them to be specific with permissions?

I've tried comodo. It has presets that allow you to select permissions 'like web browser', but I didn't see anywhere to be specific for each application.
