Any field techs here that contract with Dell?

I'm hoping someone can help me:
I want to order a Dell Wireless 375 internal Bluetooth 3.0 module for a Dell Alienware M11x r3 but Dell tells me that I can't do it through them. I bought a Dell Wireless 365 internal Bluetooth 2.1 module for my M11x r1 from eBay but the r3 switched to the DW375. There are plenty on eBay but they all have different cables than I've seen in the r3 tear-down pics and vids. The r3 service manual looks like they copied and paste from the r1/r2 manual because they show a DW365 with the PCB connector. A little help? Thanks!
 
NVM. I took apart the r3 without ever even turning it on and the cable was there but not connected to anything. Perfect!

It would still be interesting to know who here does field work for Dell (yes, I know they are contracted).
 
I did many years ago, it was nice before the economy tanked. I was a temp working for unisys. When things started to go downhill They cut everyone's pay, got rid of benefits, and hired a bunch of minimum wage contract monkey replacements.

Years later we had a dell tech come in where I was working, we sat him in the lobby. the sun got in his eyes so he just sat there waiting for it to move. He also had to go across the street to Target and buy a screwdriver.
