I just wanted you to know, that I will be doing what you probably would like to be able to do yourselves if you could, but can't, so you won't, but I can and will... wait... what?

Anyways, tonight at around 8 P.M. I will watch Gladiator for the first time.

I have absolutely no idea what will happen or where the story goes.

All I know is, it's about a Gladiator, and I've only heard "Gladiator is one of my favourite movies." from anyone whose ever seen it, knows the english language, and can talk.

Russell Crowe's brooding anti-hero character was horrible too. Brad pitt sucked but the battle scenes were better in Troy.

Gladiator was one of the best movies, Troy just stupid. I seriously hope you're on something to say that Troy was even remotely close to comparing with Gladiator.

Gladiator is good, but if you go in thinking it's going to be one of the best movies you've ever seen you're probably setting yourself up for a disappointment.

edit: oh, and one more thing...

hopefully you are renting it and not watching it on one of those TBS cable friday, saturday, and sunday Gladiator at 8pm things. the edited version is no good.

Gladiator is my second favorite movie of all time. Enjoy it. Soak it up. But it takes many viewings to truly love Gladiator. And that is the best part of it. Even after seeing it dozens and dozens of times on the HBO rotation, you don't hate it, you love it even more, soaking up the nuance, quoting the lines. Gladiator is amazing. Have fun :)

Is it the porn version? I don't know. I don't know if there's an unrated version or if that wasa a bad joke. :p

I'm not watching it on cable, I have it.

Gladiator a great film? It was a total joke. Can't believe it even won so many oscars. Ha, I liked that one battle scene when the two guys embraced in the middle of a freakin' battle. And there's also one of the barbarian extras wearing blue jeans on camera.

Loved Gladiator and is one of my favorite movies BUT Troy wtf. I couldnt even get into that movie with pretty boy Brad Pit with his gleaming white teeth surfer looks trying to pull off being a warrior. I jsut couldnt get sucked into the movie one bit with him as the main guy. Now if Russle Crow or Mel Gibson played the main part they would pull off being a tough guy. Brad looks more like if you flicked him he wimper in a corner.

Gladiator was a bad film hastely chopped up so they can soak as much money in the box office as possible. Suckers.
