High school, college, etc?

At my high school there's Roy Williams, who was a first round pick of the Cowboys..and then there's Eddie House who's ont he Heat now. And..in my graduating class last year there's a girl who's going to be a cheerleader on the Raiders.

And today I just found out that Tom HANKS (!) went to my run of the mill community college back in the 70's..

I went to the same school as a senator.

Richard Dean Anderson went to my college, as did about 5 or so NHL hockey players.

Michael Dell (Dell Computers) went to my high school. I think he dropped out of UT to start the company.

I can only imagine how people sucked up to her and what kind of a HUGE ego she had. Just a broad generalization from what I observed in high school. It could be different.

Let's see, that would mean you live in the North Bay? Or do I miss my guess?

*shrug* Jim Jones probably went to the high school in my town, since he was from my area. That's more infamy than fame though.

Kurt Angle went to my HS, while I was there. I guess he's sort of famous. And the guy who owns the Mavericks, Mark Cuban too.

Redwood?

Jim Jones was the cult leader who took a group down to South American and killed almost 1,000 people with cyanide kool-aid. I'm from Ukiah, he was from Redwood Valley (2.5 hrs north of SF), and they share a high school.

I think also Rob Schneider and John Lovitts also went to my Univ.
Also the Women's Olympic coach may still be the coach there too.

Interestingly enough, she wasn't that popular... well known for her looks, yes, but in control of the social scene no.

Yeah..our school had well over 4000 people too, so no one really *dominated* the social scene.

My dad was there at roughly the same time as Tom Hanks. He went to high school the same place as Robin Williams, who was in my uncle's graduating class.
