Question Any experts on Adobe Premiere?

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2020.

When I take a video in portrait mode, after importing it into Adobe Premiere, it looks straight (not sideways) which is what I want and perfectly scaled



but after adding some audio to it then trying to export it, it looks like this when played on an iPhone or Android:

There are always many problems with Adobe Premiere Elements 2020, I don't use it for a long time, maybe you can try other software.

Exactly, I paid for Adobe Premiere/Photoshop Elements 2020 I would like a solution rather than jumping on to some other program and having to learn that.

Elements does not do vertical video, so what your are seeing is correct.
