After installing the nest hello, the door bell itself does not ring. not sure what to look for.
Nest is working 100% itself. Shouldn't be voltage issue. I'm able to watch the doorbell live remotely, the voltage reported in app is within spec to their document. AC voltage is 16.4v and battery is 4.07 v
It streams to the google hub when the door bell is pressed. I just dont get the actual door bell ring.
The electronic chime is off in app - have mechanical door bell
When I short the 2 wires by the nest door bell it will ring the bell.. so some how when its connected to nest, it wont ring.
Any ideas or suggestions.. Thanks
