Any experiences with Hypermedia cdrs?

After burning two consecutive coasters on my first two attempts with these cds, I'm a bit skeptical. Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with these cdrs, and if they were remedied by burning at a lower speed (they're rated at 8x, which is what I was attempting). BTW, I was using my Imation/Plextor 8x20 and Nero 4.0.7.5. Also, they are 80min cdrs and the file i was trying to burn was about 670 megs. Thanks in advance 🙂
