?? Any experiences RMAing an ARTIC COOLING product???

I have an ATI Silencer rev 1 that the mounting screw that chipped off and I cannot tighten it. How can I get a replacement? Anybody have experiences with RMAing the item.

I don't have the receipt but it states a 6 year warranty.

No experience with them, but feel free to be our guinea pig. One thing... find out how much a replacement would cost and subtract $5 from it (your cost to mail the broken one to Arctic Cooling). See if the resulting amount is worth saving you downtime and hassle.

Newegg.com sells the ATI Silencer 1 Rev 2 for $37.95+tax+shipping so around $40. Definitely worth RMAing.
