Any experiece with Leadtek TI 4400 and 8K3a+

Hey all, I'm thinking abotu buying a Leadtek ti 4400 with an epox 8K3a+--anyone have experience with this combo--both in terms of cramming the video board into the mobo and compatability/performance.
