any excel experts here?

hi.

im stuck trying to get a formula into excel. the formula is a gif image. i started an excel file already if you just want to look at that. I need it to figure Fb, while the other variables are known.

thanks for the replys, but it doesnt seem to be doing what i need.

you guys did exactyl what i asked. is there a way to pull out the Lv so thats the answer it gives? i suck at math.
