Any ETA for 8TB HDDs?

The Seagate 8TB drive was said to have shipped back in late August. It's mid October and I don't see it anywhere.

I saw 8TB Helium-filled SAS enterprise drives at Newegg for ~$1000 ea.

Unfortunately they are still only listing the 6TB enterprise drives on the Seagate website - no sign of the 8TB drives or the 6TB consumer drives.

I went ahead and bought a 6TB Seagate drive. It will just be used for backup purposes and I don't think it will go over 6TB given the compression Acronis uses. The 7200 RPM spindle speed should also help reduce backup/restore durations.
