So, im at the point in my life where I need to decide what the hell im going to do with the rest of it. Im seriously considering opening a computer cafe type of store -- it would be a pc cafe / pc repair center, because there are NO comp cafes within a 25 mile radius around my house.

Who has experience owning a shop? how much work is involved? it is hard to make it successful?
 
of course its going to be hard to make it successfull, usually the margins on places like that for computer access have to be to razor thin and then of course you have to worry about keeping the place full of people. its not easy
 
well obviously it will be a challege, im just looking for some insight from someone who owns there own shop
 
there is an area about 15 minutes north of me that is BOOMING, Within the last year it has grown unbelieveably - so the location is good
