Any EFI equiped MB's out yet?

Will EFI ever replace BIOS? Do AMD64 MB's use EFI? This Microsoft link seems to say EFI is needed for their 64-bit OS. Edit: Here is an interesting article on EFI.

Until recently, Intel didn't want EFI backported from the IA64 platform (Itanium) to IA32. (That's where the MS requirement comes from - the AMD64 port of Windows doesn't need EFI.) With the advent of Intel's copy of AMD64, this attitude might change. On IA32, we'll possibly see EFI on top of legacy BIOS ... after all, IA32 is _all_ about backward compatibility down to early stoneage.
