Any easy way to upload 279 image files to my server

If you have photoshop, there is an auto thumbnail generator thing that makes a purdy little HTML page with the thumbs on it.

I had created script that would just read the files in a particular directory, generate thumb nails for them, and list it all out in a orderly format. Wish I still had that script 🙁

Install Coppermine gallery?

Boo for Coppermine.

All these people are talking about "Menalto" Gallery. Gets my vote too. I've tried both.

http://gallery.menalto.com

You can integrate it directly with the Microsoft "Publish to web" feature by installing a key in the registry. When you open a folder with photos, you just click "Publish to web" on the left. Hit next a couple times, and it will upload them one at a time. There's server side coding in Gallery that allows it to use this XP feature, and once a picture is uploaded, Gallery will create the thumbs on the server automatically.

Edit: Site seems to be down, but that is the URL.

i just made a macro in photoshop that resizes it, saves a copy, and closes. so i just open all the files into photoshop, then start clicking away on the play button.
