Any DVD-/+RW's (or any ATAPI devices) have use for 80 pin wire

Just curious... Do any non-hard drive ATAPI devices use UDMA/66 or higher? I have 2 dvd-rws (4x and 16x) and 1 zip drive. my hard drive is SATA.

I'd say use 80-pin wires when possible, just to help cut down on signal noise. But no, I don't think any optical drives would absolutely need 80-pin cables to work at full speed.
