never played with these but i can tell they won't feel anything like good electronic drums.
was wondering if there were better alternatives.

what's the interface? can you hookup any electric drums? I've got a roland set that feels like real drums.

She's playing on easy/medium. She sucks.

On topic: Try checking out The rockband forums, there are plenty of threads about them. I see people are using the IONS for both rockband and normal use.

I have a Roland TD-3 electronic kit, you just connect i tto the guitar hero 4 drums via midi and that works. Rather use the RB2 drums though. less hassle to move around.
