'Enter' means in DW <p>, so that you start two lines lower.

Spacing more than one isn't possible in DW because it's not possible in HTML. The only way around this is to use &amp;nbsp; instead of a space.

Templates are too simple to explain. Check the FAQ that comes with DW for a good explanation.

if you ae talking about breaks cause you said &quot;hit enter&quot; it is a break as opposed to dw's gay <p> and <div> that it happily puts every friggen chance it gets to. so either hit shift-enter (or control enter i forget), or if you do it html wise, which you should cause wysiwyg is gay to begin with, just type in <BR> and it will insert a typical return as you are used to.

character spaces is a totally different thing and you could mess with styles and font tags, but i think what he said above is pretty much it.

if you want an image free try layers or iframes, i frames work nicely, especially on forum boards where everything is cgi or asp or fusion and you want to embed a frame...ok i have no idea if it works in fusion or asp, but i know it will work in cgi.

:)i still despise you.

Note: if you want to start on the line below the current one, use Shift+Enter.

BTW this is all in the DW FAQ and Help

Alf,

Watch out with layers. They don't display properly in some browsers other than IE5+. If you do layers, make sure they don't overlap, and convert them to tables in DW before publishing it. I ran into problems using just layers... :p

[edit]You like how I stole the little bar design from the anantech homepage?. OK seriosuly I didn't steal it caues I made my own image and put it up(and if u notice there is a gap between the colors on my design, so take that lawyers hehehe), I only &quot;borrowed&quot; the idea&quot; HAHAHAH[/EDIT]

[edit2] I'm talking about the tan/blue bar at the top of the page BTW[/edit2]

never mind, it seems to work now. i don't like the pop up ads. that's all i really hate about visiting some people's websites. just use a no script code in your html. that should get rid of some of the pop ups.

Let's hope the new Alf will be different and better than the last one.

I am a big fan of Dream Weaver but it always helps to know at least basic HTML. I have noticed Dream Weaver changes some things around and it makes me pissed. Other then that it is a sweet product. That is a nice graphic on your page!
