Any downsides to the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD4H?

This seems to be the sweet spot for i7 3770k Gigabyte boards. So, before I pull the trigger, any downsides?
 
I currently have an I7 3770k on a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP5 TH and I'm immensely happy with it. I imagine the GA-Z77X-UD4H will probably give just as good an experience.
