This has been happening to me for a while and I'm just wondering why it does and if I should be concerned. It's kind of like when you eat something spicy and you get acid-reflux and the food comes back up into your mouth, but different.

Alot of times I'll eat or drink something and then a little while later I'll feel like I need to burp and instead the liquid comes back up into my mouth. Happens a lot when I drink soda and the liquid foam comes back up my throat. Tonight it happened when I finished eating ice cream and it was like melted ice cream regurgitated itself.

Kind of like the food/drink doesn't go all the way down my throat and just sits there until I feel like burping? Not sure...

Sounds like you've either been over-eating a lot, or you may have a problem with the muscle on the top of your stomach that keeps food from coming back up & getting into your lungs & throat ... if it keeps happening you really should go to a doctor & get in checked out because its the same thing which causes acid-reflux disease.
