Any difference in overclockability of C1 stepping mobile p4?s at 1.7, 1.8 & 2.0 GHz?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone thinks there will be much difference between a 1.7, 1.8 and a 2.0 GHz mobile p4 chip in terms of it overclocking potential, given that they?re all C1 stepping. I mean, they will all default to 100x12 in a desktop board so I was wondering if that puts them on an even playing field or are the higher spec ones hand picked because of their ability to run faster?

Any input would be much appreciated!

Cheers,
Will

Just an interesting note. Apparently the mobile celeron CPUs keep their default multipliers (i.e 16, 17, 18, etc. and they don't default to 12x). Karaktu had some combos he was selling that had some killer benchmarks. Mobile celerons don't suck as much as desktop ones.

Yeah, investigated the whole thing thoroughly, but I see the fact that Celeron's don't feature SpeedStep and keep their original clock multiplier a disadvantage. I mean I can reach 3Ghz with my 1.7 p4 (250 x 12) which will give much better performance than say 150 x 20 due to the higher FSB.
