any difference between these two DDR3 kits?

Outside of aesthetics and a "-2N" label on one of them in the specs, I don't see any difference. Am I missing something?

I plan on getting one of these ... I assume low voltage (1.5) is better ... some of the other kits are rated at 1.65v.
