Any diff. between retail & oem Radeon64Mb Vivo?

What are the differences between these cards.
 
Hmm didn't know they made a oem with vivo, in that case I guess, box, manual, included software and possibly the warrenty.

I was mostly worried that the OEM one would come clocked at 166Mhz instead of 183Mhz
 
It is entirely possible that it is clocked at 166, I would just turn it to up via powerstrip myself but for that small price diff why not go retail.
