Any diff between dell WXGA and WUXGA screens beside resolution?

My eyes aren't the best so I got a big LCD to be used as an external monitor with my (future) d800. Since I have a high-res external monitor, I am considering dropping the WUXGA option on the d800 and just getting the WXGA to save money. I was wondering if there was a big difference between the WXGA and WUXGA in terms of contrast, brightness, viewing angles, etc.
 
For those who've viewed the WXGA and WUXGA, which screen did you prefer? Is the 1920x1200 that hard to readjust too? How is viewing two windows simultaneously on the WXGA?

FYI, currently I'm viewing at 1024x7xx on a 15in lcd.
